Halo 3 Breaking Records
I cannot believe how a popular games can get. Microsoft’s new game Halo 3 is breaking records for them. Macworld wrote:
Halo 3 has beaten other records as well. More than 1.7 million copies of Halo 3 were pre-ordered in the U.S., making it the fastest pre-selling game in U.S. history, Microsoft said. The game also drew over a million Xbox Live members to play online in the first 20 hours on offer, making it the biggest day for Xbox Live gaming in history.
Being a Nintendo fan, I find it hard to be excited about an Xbox game. But if they did as good a job on Halo 3 as they have done with the other Halo games, I can’t wait until one of my friends gets it, so I can play it.
It retails for around $60. One of the more expensive games I have seen. I have a hard time with $40 a game. I usually wait until it around $20 before I buy.
